What is an AWS Well-Architected Review?
The AWS Well-Architected Review helps cloud architects build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure for a variety of applications and workloads. It is based around six pillars, providing a consistent approach to evaluate architectures and implement scalable designs. It is the starting point for any cloud modernisation journey, and is included in the foundational phase of frameworks like Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) workshops.

How the AWS Well-Architected Review Works

Prepare (30 mins) – We identify the workload to review (e.g. your payment gateway, data lake, or core application) and define the scope.
Step 2:
The Workshop (2-4 hours) – A collaborative deep-dive with your architects and our AWS-certified experts. No judgement, just a search for truth and improvement.
Step 3:
The Roadmap (Delivery) – We present a roadmap prioritising risks by business impact. You get a clear ‘To-Do’ list to move from Red to Green.
