This is an amicable arrangement between all parties with new value for clients who appreciate our innovative leadership in the open source space. LSD will continue to work with iOCO, EOH and their subsidiaries around delivering all existing client work and new shared opportunities, while also being open to partnering with other players in the industry to help deliver great open and innovative solutions.
For the majority of clients and partners, there should be no changes. We have been engaging with you as LSD Information Technology Pty Ltd. Our company and banking details remain unchanged. For those clients for whom there might be changes, we will be in contact with you to ensure that there is no disruption to either business. Our BB-BEE credentials remain unchanged until the reassessment in October 2020, and we share our exciting plans around our own ratings and certificate in due course.
I, together with the LSD leadership team, are fully committed to the business, and we are looking forward to helping you make a real difference with your clients and to society at large.
